What data we collect
The Complect Chrome extension reads product information (name, price, SKU, images, dimensions) from the web pages you visit. This data is sent to our servers only when you explicitly click "Add to collection". We do not collect your browsing history or the content of the pages you visit.
To improve parsing quality, when the extension side panel is open on a product page it sends us an anonymous signal containing only the domain name of the page (for example, example.com) and whether parsing succeeded. This signal contains no personal data, no full URL, and none of the page content. It helps us find shops where our parser needs fixing.
Account data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google OAuth. We store this to identify your account and associate your collections with it. We do not share this data with third parties.
How we use your data
- To store and display your product collections
- To allow you to export collections to Excel or PDF
- To allow you to share collections with clients via a private link
- To improve parsing quality (aggregated domain analytics, no personal data)
Data storage
Your data is stored on servers located in Russia (Timeweb Cloud). We use PostgreSQL to store your collections and account information. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local.
Host permissions
The extension requests access to all URLs (<all_urls>) in order to parse product pages on any e-commerce website. We only read page content when you open the extension side panel on a product page. We do not inject scripts on pages without your interaction.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at Nikolaevsky.alexey@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 7 days.
